About

I could tell you that I was only 7 years old when I got my first camera or… I could tell you the truth.

The truth is that I didn’t really get into photography until I was 25 – I lived in Malaysia at that time and was lucky enough to get a good deal on my first DSLR camera. It was a Nikon D90 and its ISO was set to 1600 for the first two months. You don’t need a degree in photography to see that I didn’t have a clue what I was doing.

It took me two more years and another trip to South America (ISO settings were adjusted by then) to realize that the passion for photography suits me better than a suite. All this in mind I decided to chuck my plans for a business master overboard and trade that grey office desk in for a camera.

Since November 2010 I’m living in Hamburg, Germany doing what I would’ve been doing a lot earlier if I got this camera when I was 7. I take pictures. And I love it.
